Refund Policy
We stand behind Gluco Zen X. Here's exactly how our money-back guarantee works.
Our Guarantee, In Plain Language
Every bottle of Gluco Zen X purchased through the official website is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If it isn't right for you, you're entitled to a refund on eligible orders within the guarantee window listed on the official order page at the time of purchase.
We built this policy so you can try Gluco Zen X with confidence — not so it's difficult to use.
What's In This Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- The order must have been purchased directly through the official Gluco Zen X checkout — refunds cannot be processed for products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers.
- The refund request must be submitted within the guarantee window stated on the order page you purchased from (this varies by package and is confirmed at checkout and in your order receipt).
- You should have given the product a genuine try as part of a consistent daily routine, per the label instructions.
2. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email our support team at contact@glucozenx.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Briefly tell us why you're requesting a refund — this helps us continue improving the product and your experience.
- Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions if applicable, based on the terms of the guarantee tied to your specific order.
3. Processing Times
Once your refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5–10 business days. The funds should appear on your original payment method shortly after, though your bank or card issuer's own processing time may add a few extra days on their end.
4. What Isn't Covered
- Orders placed outside the applicable guarantee window
- Purchases made through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces
- Requests without a valid order number or matching purchase email
- Subscription or auto-ship charges that were not cancelled before the next billing date (see your order confirmation for cancellation steps)
5. Shipping & Handling Costs
Original shipping and handling fees, where applicable, are generally non-refundable. Any return shipping costs for sending back physical bottles (if required by your specific guarantee terms) are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you — this is on us, not on your guarantee window.
7. Contact Our Support Team
Questions about a refund, an order, or the guarantee itself? We're here to help.
